Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus is seeking an experienced RN to join our team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, develop and execute plans of care, and continuously reassess patient progress in a busy hospital setting.

On-call is required for weekends and holidays, with patient ratios acuity dependent. The campus features 10 beds and a didactic learning environment within a faith-based mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state or NLC.
• Experienced Nurses Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive nursing care and assess each patient.
• Develop and implement plans of care; reassess and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
