Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus is hiring registered nurses for a 0.6 FTE daytime role in a fast-paced, faith-based environment. A 24-bed unit operates at a 4:1 patient ratio, with weekend and holiday rotations and didactic learning opportunities.

Minimum associate degree in nursing is required; BSN is desirable. Indiana RN licensure or NLC is required. Both experienced and new graduate nurses are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program is required; BSN desirable.
• Licensed RN with valid license in Indiana or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced and new graduate nurses are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ongoing assessment.
• Develop and implement a plan of care, including reassessment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
