Job summary

Ascension is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Observation department at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. You will implement care plans, monitor patient status in real time, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure accurate orders and safe discharge planning.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1 year Med Surg experience preferred
