Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise resident care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will assess health status, develop Plans of Care, oversee RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and maintain medical records; you will use data to improve patient outcomes and participate in QAPI. We offer competitive pay, benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, scholarships, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification.
• CGFNS certificate or full unrestricted license to practice nursing in Minnesota or NCLEX-RN eligibility.
• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Oversee RNs, LPNs and CNAs; clarify expectations and address behaviors for resident safety.
• Maintain medical records and use data to improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to QAPI program and ensure adherence to standards.
