Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise resident care across our Minnesota facilities. The RN will develop individualized care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and oversee nursing interventions to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role involves direct nursing services (IV therapy, PICC line care), staff supervision, and ongoing collaboration to maintain safety, HIPAA compliance, and infection control. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have MN Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care training.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care per Minnesota Board of Nursing standards.
• Develop individualized care plans and assess outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC line care.
• Ensure adherence to safety, HIPAA, and infection control; supervise staff and staffing levels.
• Accurate documentation and participation in emergencies and disaster procedures.
