Job summary
Monarch Healthcare Management in Columbia Heights, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise resident care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards. You will assess health status, develop plans of care, and coordinate care with CNAs and nursing staff to ensure safety and well-being.
Responsibilities include administering nursing care, maintaining medical records, and using data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR and emergency care certification.
- CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization, or full unrestricted license to practice nursing in Minnesota, or passage of the NCLEX-RN.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care.
- Oversee licensed and trained staff such as CNAs to ensure quality care.
- Use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
