Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead resident care in our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop plans of care, and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure quality and safety.

You will ensure compliance with Minnesota BON, HIPAA, and Residents' Rights, provide RN-specific care (IVs, PICC line care), and participate in safety, documentation, and disaster procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of a MN Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive health assessments and care planning with data gathering and team collaboration.
• Implements and monitors nursing care; updates plans to improve well-being.
• Ensures compliance with Minnesota BON standards, HIPAA, and Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Provides RN-specific care (IVs, PICC line care) and resident education.
• Maintains safety, documentation, and infection control; HIPAA compliance.
• Supervises nursing staff; staffing, shift reports, incident management, and emergencies.
