Qualifications

• Completion of a Minnesota Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota RN registration.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent, or NCLEX-RN eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and supervise nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure safety and integrate evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes.
