Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee resident care and supervise CNAs and nursing staff, ensuring compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights.

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, maintain medical records, and promote safety and quality outcomes across care settings. Minnesota RN licensure, CPR, and relevant experience are preferred; an inclusive, supportive workplace is offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR.
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization, or full unrestricted MN nursing license, or passage of the NCLEX-RN exam.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans; maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems; integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care.
• Use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
