Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise resident care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and Residents' Bill of Rights. You will lead a caring team and help ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will assess needs, develop detailed plans of care, oversee RNs, CNAs and nursing personnel, maintain records, and participate in QAPI-driven improvements to patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have MN Board of Nursing approved nursing education.
• Current MN Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• CPR certification and emergency care competencies.
• CGFNS or equivalent, or full unrestricted licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs and develop care plans.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Oversee RNs, CNAs, and nursing staff for quality care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Contribute to QAPI program and safety improvements.
