Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team, ensuring smooth communication of changes in condition to physicians and supervisors.

Participation in discharge planning is essential. The role requires valid RN licensure in the state and BLS certification.

Formación

• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

Providesplanning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, andEvaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination withpatient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers asappropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
