Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Medical Group. This full-time position (40 hours/week) supports care delivery in a busy outpatient setting.

You will perform nursing duties, triage calls, coordinate tests and medications, and document in Epic under direction from physicians. A current IL license and BLS/CPR are required, with ASN/ADN as a base and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN/ADN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care and patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.
