Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Registered Nurse for Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC. This role involves making a vital difference in the lives of patients through patient assessments, nursing interventions, and comprehensive care documentation. The position requires a current RN license and offers a commitment bonus of $20,000.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license or compact state license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

How You’ll Contribute

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs

• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

What We’re Looking For
