Incredible Health is hiring for a Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical in the Burbank, CA area. This role supports a diverse patient population across acute and chronic conditions, with opportunities across days, nights, and mid shifts.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning. You will also educate patients and families and document care in the EMR per hospital policies.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.
