Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Lodi, CA. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a care team to support discharge planning.

The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS, and about 1 year of medical-surgical experience. Shifts include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals and implement physician-directed plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.
