Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Port Angeles, WA to provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time and per diem positions are available.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical settings.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR according to policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

Salary: $77,500 to $127,620 /year
