Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical units in Orange, CA. Flexible shifts include day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a leading health-care network. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, active RN license, at least 1 year of (med-surg) experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.
