Job summary

Incredible Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Med Surg in Templeton, CA. Responsibilities include direct patient care, med administration, vital sign monitoring, and discharge planning in a diverse hospital setting.

Ideal candidates have ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year in med-surg or similar. Strong EMR skills and patient education are essential. Multiple shifts available with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license current and unencumbered.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical setting.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mixed patient populations with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities per hospital policies.

Qualifications
