Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager RN for our health center in Utica, IL. This role oversees daily clinic operations, staff, and clinical support to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, RN license in the state of practice, and 3+ years in medicine with 2-3 years of management. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification required or may be contract-scope dependent.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred and may be required for some sites.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Experience referencing CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the health center and staff.
• Manage hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Allocate time for patient care and clinical expertise as needed.
• Monitor patient flow and utilization.
• Identify process improvements and root-cause opportunities.
• Lead infection control efforts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies and conduct staff meetings with client reps.
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations.

As a Full Time Health Center Manager RN, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Utica, IL.

About This Role

• Mon, Wed, Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tue & Thu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (closed daily 1p-2p)
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
• Dual role managing and providing clinical support as needed

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
