Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager for our onsite Health Center in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead clinical operations, staff performance, and daily workflow to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for client employees.

The role blends hands-on nursing with day-to-day leadership, focusing on process improvements, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with client representatives to support quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current hands-on BLS/ACLS or equivalent Basic Life Support certification.
• COHN/COHN-S or related Occupational Health credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in medical field; 2-3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, staff, and workflow for efficient health center performance.
• Manages hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of RN/LPN and admin staff.
• Allocates time for direct patient care and clinical leadership.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and service penetration; drives process improvements.
• Ensures infection control leadership and regulatory compliance; communicates policies to client reps.

As a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for client employees at our onsite Health Center in Jacksonville, FL. This role combines hands‑on clinical care with day‑to‑day leadership, offering the opportunity to drive best practices and create a strong, collaborative environment.

The schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
