Job summary

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Chelsea, MA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time positions. Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active licence to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
