Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Registered Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs in a long-term care setting. The role requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include directing daily nursing activities, administering medications, assessing residents, coordinating with physicians, and participating in admission/discharge processes. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification; long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of LPNs and CNAs per regulations and policies.
• Assesses resident status and notifies physician and family of changes.
• Prepares and administers medications; observes adverse effects.
• Maintains infection control and participates in QAPI/surveys.
