Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN/LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments and resident needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following policy.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and privacy standards are maintained.
