Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living settings.

You will monitor residents' health, administer basic nursing care, and ensure medical needs are met in a compassionate, professional manner, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Current and active LPN license in the state.
• Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents, including medications and wound care.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to RN/physician.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, mobility, and comfort of residents.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and EMR entries.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure cohesive care.
