Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for long-term care to provide and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process, administer medications, develop and update care plans, and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

The role emphasizes ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with physicians and families, and maintaining accurate documentation to support high-quality resident care.

Qualificações

• Must graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents on admission and on an ongoing basis, and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Supervise, delegate to and provide clinical direction for LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Evaluate resident response to interventions and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, families and interdisciplinary team members.
