Job summary

St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center in Idaho is seeking an Intensive Care RN to join a 10-bed unit delivering critical care in a night shift.

The role features a 1:2 patient ratio, opportunities for CRRT, ACLS, EKG and rapid response training, plus continuing education scholarships and certification pay. Education required is an associate degree with a BSN preferred; 1+ year RN experience in critical care, step-down or telemetry is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year RN experience; critical care, step-down or telemetry preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• ICU RN role delivering life-saving care in a 10-bed unit.
• Team-based nursing model with 1:2 ratio.

What you can expect from this role

• 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS
• Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio)
• Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training
• Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
• Certification pay available
• Additional PTO for night shift offered

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; highly preferred in critical care, step-down or telemetry
• Licenses/Certifications:Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
