Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.

Responsabilités

• Assess and plan care for patients on the assigned unit with collaboration from the care team.
• Coordinate care and ensure implementation of orders and patient goals.
• Supervise and direct other healthcare staff during shifts as assigned.
• Engage in hourly rounding and uphold safety guidelines.
