Job summary

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with multidisciplinary teams. The role includes supervising other healthcare staff as needed, performing hourly rounding, and ensuring safety and quality in patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required qualifications include an AZ RN license, CPR, ACLS as applicable, and likely ACLS/PALS based on department.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs on admission and ongoing basis.
• Determines nursing diagnoses based on assessments.
• Sets practical patient outcome goals and guides patients and families.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital.
