Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring or eligible to obtain within six months.
• Current RN license for Arizona; CPR; ACLS as applicable by facility/department.

• Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses from assessment data.
• Set patient-specific outcome goals with patient/family input.
• Individualize and implement plan of care.
• Provide direct bedside nursing care and supervise other staff when needed.
