Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care on an assigned unit, coordinate care with other disciplines, and support shift leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Arizona with CPR; ACLS as applicable by department.
• PALS/ENPC or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on patient assessment and data analysis.
• Set practical, realistic, patient population-specific outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Individualize the plan of care based on patient needs.
• Implement nursing and medical orders and ensure they are appropriate to the patient’s status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital.
