Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside nursing care on a designated unit. You will coordinate care with other disciplines, supervise and support fellow staff, and participate in hourly rounding while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnosis based on assessment and data analysis.
• Set practical, realistic patient population specific outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Individualize the plan of care based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Implement nursing and medical orders and ensure appropriateness to current status.
• May be asked to be in charge for a shift.
