Job summary

Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinate care planning, and supervise healthcare staff as needed. Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Arizona RN license; CPR certification.
• ACLS as applicable by department; PALS/ENPC as required or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determines nursing diagnoses based on assessment data.
• Sets realistic patient outcomes with input from patient/family.
• Individualises the care plan based on patient needs and circumstanes.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital
