Qualifications

• Licensure as RN in Arizona with CPR/compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, safety and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses from assessments and data analysis.
• Set realistic, patient-specific outcome goals with patient/family input.
• Individualize plans of care based on patient needs and situation.
• Implement orders and ensure appropriateness to current status.
• Assist with shift leadership when assigned.
