Job summary

Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in an assigned unit, coordinate care planning, and supervise staff to ensure patient safety and comfort.

You will perform bedside nursing using the nursing process, participate in hourly rounding, and provide age-appropriate care. Arizona RN licensure is required; ACLS/PALS as applicable or obtainable during orientation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• License: Arizona RN license; CPR; ACLS as required by department.
• Clinical: prior acute care or NICU experience and certifications as applicable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinates care planning with other disciplines and directs care at times.
• Performs bedside nursing, applies the nursing process, and assesses patient needs.
• Participates in hourly rounding and adheres to safety guidelines.
