Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit, coordinate care planning, and supervise other team members. You will perform bedside care following the nursing process and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from accredited nursing school.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring certification or obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and on an ongoing basis.
• Determine nursing diagnosis based upon patient assessment and data analysis.
• Set practical, realistic and appropriate patient population specific outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Individualize the plan of care based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Implement nursing and medical orders and ensure they are appropriate to the patient’s current status.
