Zusammenfassung

Ascension is seeking a registered nurse for the Hyperbaric Wound Care department at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. The role supports patient care plans and discharge planning on a day shift with PRN schedule.

You will coordinate multiple disciplines, execute physician and nursing orders, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Requirements include Texas RN licensure, BLS, diploma, and 2–3 years inpatient experience; wound care experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas before the hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program at time of hire.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inpatient/acute care nursing experience.
• 1 year in wound care or related specialty.
• Certified Wound Care Nurse preferred.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  
  
  
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  
  
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  
  
  
  

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of nursing experience in an inpatient or acute care setting


• 1 year in wound care or related specialty


• Certified Wound Care Nurse is preferred
