Job summary

UCF Lake Nona Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor RN to join our team. You will proactively coordinate and supervise hospital and patient care services, leading a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality care.

You will act as patient and family advocate, manage bed coordination, and evaluate hospital activities to uphold care standards. This role requires Florida RN license and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or approved multistate license required, compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license.
• 3+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree; BSN is preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider card required within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the hospital and patient care services.
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Bed management coordination and evaluation of hospital activities to ensure quality patient care.

Education
