Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando, FL is seeking a House Supervisor RN to lead the patient care team and coordinate hospital services. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safe staffing, and advocate for patients and families to maintain high-quality care.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, 3+ years of acute care experience, and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license is required.
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• 3+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree; BSN is preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date.
