Job summary

UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando, FL is seeking a House Supervisor RN to join our collaborative team. You will coordinate and supervise hospital and patient care services, while supporting staff with staffing, technology, and resources to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires Florida RN license, 3+ years acute care, and preferred BSN or higher. You will oversee bed management, patient advocacy, and ensure compliance with clinical plans.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (or approved multistate license) required; Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• 3+ years of RN experience in an acute care environment preferred.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree; BSN is preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of employment start date
