Sentara Home Care in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Direct Care Registered Nurse – Home Health and Hospice. This flexi (PRN) weekend role involves developing care plans, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering high-quality patient care in the community setting.

Required are an active Virginia RN license, BLS within 90 days, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred). Mileage reimbursement is provided for patient visits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
