Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), Health Center Manager, to provide care to client employees and their dependents at the South Bend, IN health center. The role starts in early January 2027 and focuses on leading daily operations, staff performance, and infection prevention within a compliant, customer-focused environment.

The candidate will oversee staffing, onboarding, and workflow efficiencies while maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required by contract scope
• Minimum 3+ years in the medical field and 2–3 years of management
• Experience with CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow of the health center
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
• Allocates time to patient care and technical duties as needed
• Monitors patient flow and utilization in the health center
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and root cause analysis
• Acts as infection control lead and participates in quality initiatives
• Communicates policies and conducts meetings with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations
• Maintains patient health records with accuracy
• Performs other duties as assigned

As a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN), Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client employeesand their dependents in our Health Center located in South Bend, IN.

*Position scheduled to start in early January 2027

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 – 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
