Premise Health Inc. in New Haven, CT seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager to lead daily operations of the health center serving client employees. Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm; strong phlebotomy skills and independence required.

You will oversee hiring, training, staff performance, patient flow, infection prevention, and compliance with regulations, while maintaining patient health records. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree, active RN license in CT, BLS certification, 3+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Current RN license in CT.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management cert preferred and may be required at some sites.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience referencing CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

• Allocates time between patient care and clinical/technical duties.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and root causes of issues.
• Acts as infection control lead and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies and conducts meetings with client reps.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and resolutions.
• Maintains accurate patient health records.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in New Haven, CT. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-4:30pm. Previous Occupational Health or ER experience required. Must have strong phlebotomy skills and have the ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $104,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
