Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager in Manassas, VA to lead a client health center. The role balances clinical care with day-to-day operations in a single-nurse setting.

You will oversee staff, hiring, training, and performance; manage patient flow and compliance; and drive quality initiatives while delivering high-quality healthcare experiences to employees and their families.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• COHN/COHN-S or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow of the health center.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Manassas, VA.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00a - 5:30p

No Nights. No Weekends!

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our health center as a single-nurse Health Center Manager. This unique role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with patients, and taking ownership of both clinical care and day-to-day health center operations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated leader who thrives in an autonomous environment, confidently balancing hands‑on patient care with administrative responsibilities while creating a welcoming, high-quality healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $95,200.00 - $119,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
