Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practice nursing within licensure scope and act per Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define care plans for residents.
• Mix TPNs, initiate IV procedures, and manage ports as trained.
• Administer medications and supervise the medication process.
• Maintain documentation and use EMR for clinical records.
• Observe resident status and coordinate with services for continuity of care.
• Ensure safety and a clean, functional environment for residents.
• Supervise and direct certified staff to meet EverTrue standards.
• Document progress and changes in resident conditions during rounds.
