Lutheran Senior Services in Topton, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate resident care in accordance with state laws and EverTrue policies.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality clinical care through teaching and role modeling. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Specialized training or experience in gerontological nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice nursing within licensure scope and Act requirements; maintain license and follow regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapies; assist with IV starts and blood infusions where licensed.
