Lutheran Senior Services in Springfield, IL seeks a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care for residents. The role requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and a willingness to work within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act.

The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor IV therapy, and document patient progress in the EMR.

Formación

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with CPR certification.
• BSN preferred; gerontological nursing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and provide staff teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within licensure scope and state Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as permitted.
• Utilize EMR for accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Monitor resident status and coordinate with other services for continuity of care.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, functional environment.
• Supervise assigned staff to uphold EverTrue care standards.
• Document resident progress and changes in condition during rounds.
• Report incidents per federal/state regulations.
