Qualifications

• Must hold active LPN licensure in state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define individualized resident care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy, IV fluids, and other treatments as ordered; oversee medication-related activities.
