Responsibilities

• Lead and guide LPNs and CNAs; ensure high-quality resident care.
• Observe, assess, document changes; communicate with physicians and families.
• Administer medications and treatments; carry out orders accurately.
• Develop and evaluate care plans; ensure safety and comfort for residents.
• Direct staff on shift, perform rounds, and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, reports, and required documentation.
