Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital in Clarksville, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The RN collaborates with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team, develops care plans, and participates in discharge planning while communicating changes in clinical condition to physicians and supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as needed.
• Communicates changes in patient condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers; participates in discharge planning.

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable

DesiredExperience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
