Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of patient care in our newly established inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will coordinate care with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff, and communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and supervisors.

Discharge planning participation is expected. Minimum qualifications include a current state RN license and BLS certification (online certification not acceptable).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross). Online certification not acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers.
• Participate in discharge planning.

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.

Position Summary:

Providesplanning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, andEvaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination withpatient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers asappropriate. Participates indischargeplanning process.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable

DesiredExperience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
